Jay Donde

Jay Donde is the Senior Director of Data Legislation & Regulation at Slack, a Salesforce company, where they lead the Privacy & Data Governance team. Prior to this role, Jay worked as Corporate Counsel and later as Director & Senior Corporate Counsel, Privacy at Salesforce, developing expertise in M&A privacy and compliance. Jay's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and as a Research Analyst at Acumen, LLC. They also served as an Infantry Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces from 2002 to 2005. Jay is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School.
