Jessica Dotson

Jessica Dotson is currently a Product Management Director at Salesforce, where they focus on developing marketing automation solutions. Previously, they served in various roles at Salesforce, including CSG Product Manager and Senior Technical Product Manager, fostering global client experiences and product innovations. Jessica began their career as a Kitchen Cabinet Specialist at Lowe's Home Improvement and later worked as a Client Services Manager at Salesforce's ExactTarget. They earned a BA in Computer Graphics Technology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2005.
