Jillian Head

Jillian Head has been with Salesforce since 2006, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Change & Communications within the Office of the CFO, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to align leadership and engage employees with CFO priorities, as well as designing multi-channel communication strategies. Previous roles at Salesforce include Director of Finance Change Management and Communications, where Jillian drove transformation programs and established a community of practitioners, and Senior Manager of Internal Communications, focusing on employee engagement and morale. Jillian's earlier experience includes various positions at Five9, Inc., culminating in the role of Billing Specialist. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Saint Mary's College of California.
