Jim Collins

Jim Collins has extensive experience in the banking sector, holding key leadership roles at Sovereign Bank for nearly six years, where Collins was the first appointed Director of Small Business Banking and Director of Sales Management, ultimately serving as Market Executive for the Mid Atlantic East. Following this tenure, Collins held a variety of executive positions at Customers Bank, including Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, where responsibilities spanned digital banking and operational management. In subsequent roles, Collins served as a banking industry advisor for Fortimize and currently works as Managing Director and Financial Services Industry Advisor at Salesforce, focusing on the Mid-Market and Small Business segments.
