John Jones

John Jones is a Senior Technical Architect at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where they have been instrumental in developing innovative marketing solutions since 2018. Prior to this role, John worked as a Technical Architect at Salesforce and a Deployment Specialist, focusing on email and mobile marketing campaigns. They began their career in client support at HELPnet and have also served as a Retirement Specialist at the Public Employee Retirement Fund. John earned a Bachelor's of Science in Media Arts and Science from IUPUI, graduating in 2013.
