Jonathan Zhao

Jonathan Zhao is a Computer Science graduate from Arizona State University, with extensive experience in research and development. As a Research Assistant at the ASU Biodesign Institute, Jonathan applied statistical and machine learning models for the analysis of protein and microscopy data. At the ASU Parallel Systems & Computing Lab, Jonathan implemented compressive sensing algorithms and built reproducible capsules using Docker. Jonathan also served as a Frontend Web Developer at SolarSPELL, where a library of React components was developed for an internal web application. Additional roles include Research Assistant at the Interactive Robotics Lab, where novel behavior cloning methods were implemented, and Developer at the ASU College of Health Solutions, contributing to an active transportation dashboard. Jonathan interned with the OREGON CHINESE COALITION and ASU Unit for Data Science & Analytics, focusing on resource connection and misinformation modeling. Recently, Jonathan worked as an Enterprise Technology Intern at State Farm before moving to Salesforce as an Associate Member of Technical Staff in Revenue Cloud.
