Joseph Reed

Joseph Reed is a Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst at Salesforce, with a background in business strategy, analytics, and process optimization. Previously, they served as a Business Analyst at Citizens Bank, where they led reporting and analytics for the Credit Card division and developed a robust Tableau reporting infrastructure. Joseph also gained experience as a First Flyer Data Engineer at Freedom Mortgage. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of Maryland and a High School Diploma from North Hunterdon High School.
