Kat Holmes

Kat Holmes is a seasoned design leader with an extensive background in user experience and inclusive design. Currently serving as the Chief Design Officer and Executive Vice President at Salesforce, Kat previously held significant roles at Google as Director of User Experience Design, Research, and Content, and at Microsoft as Principal Design Director for Inclusive Design. Additionally, Kat is the author of "Mismatch: How Inclusion Shapes Design" and has contributed to academia as a member of the Affiliate Faculty and guest lecturer at the University of Washington. Kat's educational background includes a certificate from the Yale School of Management and graduate studies in Business Administration from Portland State University.
