Kathy Baxter

Kathy Baxter is a seasoned expert in responsible and ethical artificial intelligence, currently serving as Principal Architect of the Ethical AI Practice at Salesforce since October 2015. In this role, Kathy develops research-informed best practices and collaborates with external AI and ethics experts to enhance Salesforce's policies and products. Prior to this, Kathy held significant positions at Google, contributing to user experience research and infrastructure management, and has also served as a Principal User Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Kathy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
