Kiley Smith

Kiley Smith has over nine years of experience at Salesforce, currently serving as a Senior Talent Program Manager. In this role, they develop and execute programs focused on growing talent within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly supporting underrepresented groups in technology. Kiley began their career at Nordstrom, where they held positions as an Assistant Manager, Salesperson, and Intern from 2014 to 2016. They transitioned to Salesforce in 2016 as a Recruiting Coordinator and have since held various roles, contributing significantly to talent management strategy and design. Kiley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and completed a Human Resources Management Certificate Program at UC Irvine Extension.
