Kimberly Oconnor

Kimberly Oconnor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global enablement and human resource management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Enablement - Leader and Skills Delivery at Salesforce since October 2017, Kimberly previously held the role of Director of Global Enablement at the same company. Prior to Salesforce, Kimberly spent nearly two decades at Oracle, focusing on HCM Go-to-Market strategy and execution as Director. Kimberly's career began at Compaq as an HR Systems Project Manager, where significant efficiencies were achieved in HR operations. Academically, Kimberly holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Houston Christian University and a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from St. Mary's University.
