Kwesi Ames

Kwesi Ames is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and operations leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Salesforce since September 2022, Ames also holds the position of Founding Member at enrich since June 2020. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Operations at Dizzion, Inc., where responsibility encompassed operations strategy to enhance service delivery and customer success. Ames has had a distinguished tenure at Salesforce from 2010 to 2020, progressing through various leadership roles within Site Reliability Engineering. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Symantec, KPMG, VeriCenter, MCI, and Digex. Academic qualifications include degrees from Howard University and Queen's Royal College.
