Lauren Bates

Lauren Bates is a Senior Manager of Engagement Delivery at Salesforce. Previously, they held various roles in sustainability and program management, including positions as Community Manager for the Toronto Sustainability Speaker Series and Coordinator for National Programs at Easter Seals Canada. With a strong background in project management, Lauren has also served as Executive Director at pointA, focusing on sustainable transportation initiatives. They earned a H.BSc in Psychology Research with a minor in Environmental Ethics from the University of Toronto and are currently pursuing a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability at The University of Western Ontario.
