Lauren Claps is a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, where they help brands utilize Marketing Cloud Intelligence to enhance their marketing strategies through data-driven decisions. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Consultant for Advertising at Sprinklr, where they empowered over 80 global brands, and Senior Media Manager at Performics, managing a significant global digital marketing budget for GoPro. Lauren began their career as a Project Assistant at Global Midwest Alliance and has also worked as a Marketing Assistant at the Italian Trade Commission. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Communications and Italian from Indiana University Bloomington and are currently pursuing a degree in Italian from the University of Bologna.
