Lesley Hamilton is currently the Corporate Counsel for M&A at Salesforce and serves as the Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Salesforce Foundation. Previously, Lesley worked as an M&A and Private Equity Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2016 to 2022, representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Lesley's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
