Lu Cai has extensive experience in technical support and quality assurance within the technology sector. Starting as a Software Tester Intern at Suncorp Group in early 2015, Lu transitioned to Plutora as a QA Engineer from March 2016 to January 2020. Following this, Lu held positions as a Technical Support Engineer at Tableau Software until December 2021, and continued in a senior capacity at Salesforce, providing dedicated support for Tableau. Lu's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master's degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from the University of Sydney, complemented by a Certificate IV in Business from Navitas. Currently, Lu serves as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Salesforce.
