Luanne S. is an experienced professional in equality leadership and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director and Equality Lead for Australia, New Zealand (ANZ), and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at Salesforce since March 2015. Previous roles at Salesforce include Director of Equality Recruiting Strategy & Programs and Senior Manager for Equality Talent Partners, alongside various leadership positions within the Southasiaforce Employee Resource Group (ERG). Prior to Salesforce, Luanne S. worked as a Senior Account Manager at Ajilon Australia and held national account management roles at Hays. Luanne S. has a strong educational background, including a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA from Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, and a Bachelor of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from St. Xavier's College.
