Luisella Giani

Luisella Giani is an experienced professional in digital transformation and technology strategy, currently serving as the VP of Agentforce EMEA South & Emerging Markets at Salesforce since April 2025. Giani has extensive experience as a keynote speaker and lecturer at various international conferences and universities, focusing on topics such as artificial intelligence and data-driven business. In 2024, Giani contributed as an AI expert for the European Commission, helping to develop the first General AI Code of Practice. Giani has held key advisory roles at Avanade and Oracle, leading digital solutions and strategy within industries, particularly in manufacturing. Giani holds an Executive Master's degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a post-degree qualification from Ateneo Impresa in web and new media.
