Mandy Townsend

Mandy Townsend is a Senior Manager in Product Management focused on Digital and AI Agent Experiences at Salesforce, where they are currently building Autonomous AI Agents for digital marketing and sales. Previously, Mandy held various roles at Salesforce from 2019 to 2021, including Manager of Digital Strategy and Lead Optimization. They co-founded The Singing Lizard, a project that introduces children to a new genre of music, and have extensive experience in marketing and operations leadership with organizations such as Girls Rock! DC and Choice Hotels. Additionally, Mandy's background includes roles in UX research, corporate social responsibility, and freelance jewelry design.
