Manuel Rouzé has extensive experience in technical solutions and consulting within the telecommunications and cloud service industries. From January 2010 to December 2011, Manuel worked at Cisco as a Delivery Solution Architect, focusing on design and implementation of contact centers and unified communications solutions for large customers across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that, Manuel served as a PreSales Technical Solution Architect at Cisco France, leading the Contact Center & Customer Experience Skill Center. Earlier experience includes a role as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco Advanced Services EMEA and as a Voice & Networks Consultant at Devoteam, where the focus was on VoIP and telephony projects. Currently, since May 2017, Manuel is engaged with Salesforce in Solution Engineering, supporting "Service Cloud" sales for Southern Europe and collaborating with sales and product management teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
