Mark Laemmle

Mark Laemmle is a Director of M&A Tax and Federal Controversy at Salesforce and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School. They served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 2003 to 2007, participating in various operations including Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mark has held multiple tax-related positions, including as a Tax Senior Manager at both Gilead Sciences and Salesforce, as well as a Tax Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service. They earned their Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law.
