Previously, Mark held various roles at companies such as Avaya, where they served as EMEA Technical Sales Director and Senior Manager, and Quintus Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Consultant. Before these roles, Mark was a Performance Engineer at QAD and a Senior Consultant at UCSB. Mark earned a Global Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, both completed in 2009.
