Markus Gretschmann is currently the Director of Solution Engineering and Lead Data Scientist EMEA at Salesforce, roles they have held since 2021 and 2017 respectively. Prior to joining Salesforce, Markus worked at IBM Deutschland as a Manager Client Technical Professional from 2010 to 2012 and briefly as a Data Science Technical Sales Lead in 2017. Their earlier experience includes various managerial and technical positions at SPSS from 2008 to 2010. Markus obtained their education at the University of Augsburg from 1992 to 1998.
