Markus Wille has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the technology sector, with a career spanning over a decade. At Salesforce from October 2016 to January 2019, Markus served as a Talent Advisor for EMEA, where responsibilities included building AI sales teams and leading recruitment projects for engineers and strategists. Prior to Salesforce, Markus worked at Demandware from March 2014 to September 2016 as a Principal Recruiter, focusing on direct sourcing campaigns and employment branding initiatives. Markus also held positions at JENPERSONAL GmbH as a Senior Consultant & Team Lead, where a permanent placement branch was established, and at MRL Group as a Consultant specializing in executive searches within the high-tech industry.
