Mathieu GEFFRIER

Mathieu Geffrier is a highly business-oriented HR leader with over 25 years of experience in the automotive, healthcare, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. They currently serve as the Director of Institutional Social Affairs at Salesforce, managing labor relations and fostering collaboration between management and employees in the company's French operations. Previously, Mathieu held senior HR roles at GE, Novartis, and Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on transformation, corporate functions, and labor relations. They hold a Master’s in Social Law from Université Paris Nanterre and a degree from NEOMA Business School in HR, Management, and Communication. In 2024, Mathieu will contribute to the 38th national session of INTEFP under the Ministry of Labor.
