Matthew Danko is the Culinary Lead of the Ohana floor at Salesforce Tower Chicago. With a diverse culinary background, they have held positions such as Executive Chef at The Emily Hotel and Ace Hotel, and Chef De Cuisine at Grace and Salesforce. Prior to these roles, Matthew worked as an Executive Chef at Sink Swim and Trentina, and as a Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie at The Greenhouse Tavern. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Art Teacher Education from Kent State University from 2001 to 2005.
