Max Baas is a Senior Lead in Data Science at Salesforce, where they focus on agents, Gen AI applications, prediction modeling, recommendation systems, causal inference, and A/B testing. Previously, Max served as a Business Development Associate and progressed to roles including Global Strategy Senior Analyst, where they built a standardized data infrastructure that saved over 40,000 hours weekly. As a co-founder of Cognitas.tech, Max aims to empower businesses and professionals to become data-driven through consulting and training. Max holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management and a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from MITx on edX.
