Max Wenger

Max Wenger is currently a Principal User Researcher at Salesforce, where they have advanced from Lead User Researcher since 2021. Prior to this, they held positions at Bank of the West as a VP in Customer Experience Research and served as a Quantitative User Experience Researcher at UserZoom from 2014 to 2015. Max has also contributed as a Research Assistant at the Psychology of Design Laboratory and as a Grant Writer and Project Manager for The Institute for Children and Families. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Human Factors at San Jose State University and hold dual Bachelor's Degrees in Philosophy and Psychology with a Minor in Cognitive Neuroscience from Temple University.
