Michael Lacey

Michael Lacey is currently the Senior Director of Network Engineering at Salesforce, where they lead multiple teams to ensure the reliability and uptime of the organization's core, commerce, and marketing cloud networks. Previously, Michael held various roles at Salesforce, including Site Reliability Engineer and Director of Global Network Operations, as well as a Systems Engineer at Ocuco. They earned a BSc Hons in Computing from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght, and are certified in CCNP and RedHat, with skills in Python scripting and critical incident management.
