Michael Spencer

Michael Spencer is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investor relations and financial leadership across multiple industries. At Salesforce, from May 2022 to January 2023, Michael served as Executive Vice President, FP&A and Investor Relations, overseeing finance functions and investor relations activities. Prior to Salesforce, Michael was Vice President and CFO of Honeywell's Connected Enterprise Software division, providing strategic financial leadership. Michael's extensive tenure at Microsoft included roles as General Manager of Investor Relations and General Manager of Office Finance, where responsibilities encompassed engaging with investors and managing financial operations across product groups. Early career experience includes positions as Director of Finance at Tellme Networks and Network Cost Manager at SIGMA NETWORKS. Michael holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University and studied at the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
