Mike B.

Mike B. is currently the Release Management Director at Salesforce, where they focus on challenges and innovation in release processes. Before joining Salesforce, Mike held various roles at gap intelligence, including Operations Specialist and Data Operations Associate, where they drove automation and efficiency in e-commerce data management. They also worked as an ESL/TOEFL Jr. Instructor at CHUNGDAHM Learning, helping students improve their language skills.
