Mike Meng

Mike Meng is currently a Director of AI at Salesforce, where they lead the enterprise AI strategy and scalable AI systems to drive real-world product and business impact. Previously, Mike held various roles at Salesforce, including Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple ML teams and developing predictive models. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Splunk and as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems. They have also served in several management positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, contributing to hotel operations and guest experience excellence. Mike is pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing from Columbia University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
