Mike Ward

Mike Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement delivery and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engagement Delivery at Salesforce since March 2021, Mike previously held the position of Director in the same department. Prior to joining Salesforce, Mike worked at PwC as Director of Technology, focusing on Global Salesforce Products, and spent five years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Project Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Ohio History Connection as a Business Analysis/Project Manager, Eckerd Youth Alternatives as a Business Manager/Business Analyst, and an internship at Smith Barney Citigroup. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Technical Management from DeVry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from Otterbein University.
