Monisha Murjani

Monisha Murjani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee advocacy, belonging, and academic support services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Employee Advocacy and Belonging at Salesforce since May 2021, Monisha previously held roles as Manager in the same department and as Director of Student Support Services & Intervention at Elmhurst University. Additional experience includes positions as National Program Manager at Girls Leadership and Coordinator of Residential Education at the University of California, Santa Cruz, along with earlier work as Assistant Residence Director at the University of Vermont. Monisha is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago, following a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
