Nir Dayan is a seasoned engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in building highly-available and scalable software for large enterprises, including SAP and Salesforce. They have led Data Engineering teams at Salesforce for more than seven years, demonstrating a strong track record in hiring, coaching, and fostering innovative thought leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering, Nir heads the Engineering for Sales Cloud Einstein and is responsible for multiple AI applications serving thousands of customers. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
