Patrick Buck has a diverse background in customer service and software engineering. Starting as a Front Service Clerk at Publix Super Markets from June 2017 to June 2019, Patrick assisted customers and maintained a safe working environment. After a brief internship at Sylint Group in 2019, which involved observing cybersecurity management, Patrick took on the role of Site Reliability Engineer Intern at Wayfair in July 2022. Currently, Patrick serves as a Software Engineer on the EinsteinGPT infrastructure team at Salesforce, having previously held the position of EinsteinGPT Platform and Infrastructure Intern there. Patrick holds a High School Diploma from The Out-of-Door Academy and a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, before pursuing a Computer Science degree at Northeastern University.
