Paul Pu has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, beginning as a Junior Engineer at AMD and Texas Instruments Europe, where foundational skills in RTL writing and block-level layout were developed. Transitioning to roles at NVIDIA, Paul served as an Engineering Team Lead and later as a Software Engineering Manager, leading engineering teams in advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes focused on high-performance GPU production. Paul expanded managerial responsibilities at Texas Instruments as an Engineering Manager, overseeing design and verification teams, and later transitioned to Senior Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering roles at Salesforce, emphasizing team structure and performance strategies. Currently, Paul holds the position of Director of Operations at Intel Corporation, leveraging a comprehensive background in technical innovation and operational excellence. Paul holds a Master's degree in Microchip Technology from San Francisco State University.
