Peter Allen is the Vice President of the Agentforce Service team for Life Sciences at Salesforce. Previously, they held leadership roles at IBM, including Manager of Tivoli Software and Director of Watson Customer Engagement, where they successfully managed multi-million dollar initiatives across various sectors.
