Phil Cleary is an experienced sales leader with a robust career at Salesforce since November 2004. Currently serving as a Sales Leader Excellence Coach, Phil leads a team in the APAC region to develop trusted customer partners and enhance leadership capabilities. Previous roles include Head of Sales Enablement Delivery and Senior Director of APAC Field Enablement, showcasing expertise in training and sales productivity. Phil is also a founding member of the Sydney Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society, focused on defining sales enablement functions. Prior experience includes sales consulting at DCM Group Ltd and account management at Mion Labels. Phil holds a Master's degree in Management Science & Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin and is currently pursuing further education at Stanford University.
