Phill Drum

Phill Drum is a Principal Technical Architect at Salesforce, leading technical teams and managing projects to deliver high-quality solutions. With expertise in Salesforce integrations and strong skills in security best practices, Phill has extensive experience in designing and deploying complex Salesforce solutions. Prior to Salesforce, Phill held various roles at nCino, Inc., including Manager of Sales Enablement and Pre-Sales, where significant contributions were made to the hiring and growth of the EMEA office. Previous positions include analytical chemist at Quality Chemical Laboratories and military service in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, where leadership and operational skills were honed. Phill holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
