Randy Case holds an MS in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, attained in 1986. They have extensive experience in technical sales and customer support, serving in roles such as Director of Customer Centric Engineering and ISV Principal Technical Evangelist at salesforce.com since 2012. Prior to that, Randy worked as a Sales Engineer at TIBCO Software and has held positions at several other prominent tech companies, including SAP and FileNet. Currently, Randy is taking time off to explore the world.
