Richard Chang

Richard Chang is an accomplished software architect and senior director at Salesforce, specializing in AI and machine learning as the lead architect of the global AI/ML platform, Einstein. Previously, Richard served as a principal machine learning engineer at Intuit, where leadership was provided to a significant AI/ML team and the development of innovative products focused on real-time cyber traffic risk management was overseen. Richard's earlier experience includes roles as director of engineering and software architect at Juniper Networks, and principal software engineer at Agilent Technologies. Additionally, Richard co-founded a stealth mode startup that developed a machine learning acceleration product, integrating with various frameworks to enhance learning capabilities.
