Rick Gyan

Vice President of Customer Success

Rick Gyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and professional services. They served as a General Manager at Solutions By Design II, LLC from 2000 to 2005, and later held various senior roles at Salesforce between 2011 and 2015, culminating in the position of Chief Success Officer for Retail and Consumer Goods. Gyan continued their journey at Salesforce as a Vice President of Customer Success starting in 2022. Prior to their tenure at Salesforce, Gyan was the Director of Worldwide Professional Services at BackWeb Technologies from 2005 to 2008 and worked as a Principal Consultant at Insight from 1995 to 2000. Currently, Gyan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at Lehigh University.
