Rick Gyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and professional services. They served as a General Manager at Solutions By Design II, LLC from 2000 to 2005, and later held various senior roles at Salesforce between 2011 and 2015, culminating in the position of Chief Success Officer for Retail and Consumer Goods. Gyan continued their journey at Salesforce as a Vice President of Customer Success starting in 2022.
