Ryan Hart

Ryan Hart serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Sustainability at Salesforce, where collaboration with the Sustainability Team focuses on driving impactful climate action through the drafting and negotiation of renewable energy and carbon credit agreements. Concurrently, Ryan also teaches sustainability-related courses at UC Berkeley Extension. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate at Milbank LLP, with a focus on financing renewable energy projects, and providing assistance to low-income residents as a Milbank Fellow at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, an Advanced Program in Sustainable Management from UC Berkeley Extension, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from UC Irvine.
