Scott Gitters has extensive experience in sales operations and customer success across multiple industries. Beginning at Wolters Kluwer Health from March 2004 to November 2005, Scott held the roles of Director and Associate Director of Global Sales Operations. In subsequent years at Salesforce from December 2012 to February 2021, Scott progressed through various leadership positions including Director and Senior Director of Customer Success, Vice President Area Lead - Customer Success in Financial Services, and Regional Vice President, Customer Success - Portfolio Lead Financial Services. Currently, Scott serves as Vice President, Area Lead - Customer Success for Communications, Media & Technology at Salesforce since February 2023. Prior experience also includes roles at Wolters Kluwer between June 2010 and May 2011 as Director of Global CRM and Director of Global Sales Technology, along with a position at Zimmer as the Commercial Operations and Effectiveness Leader from May 2011 to November 2012. Scott is an alumnus of the University of Baltimore, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2000.
