Simona G. has a distinguished career in sales development and management, currently serving as the Head of Central Europe for MuleSoft Sales Development at Salesforce since September 2019. Simona G. leads a team of over 25 sales development professionals across EMEA Central, achieving remarkable success as the #1 Top Performing Manager globally in FY23, with a 200% ACV attainment for the entire fiscal year and 400% achievement in Q4 FY23. Prior to this role, Simona G. held various positions at MuleSoft, including Manager of Sales Development and individual sales contributor, significantly growing the DACH business and establishing strong partnerships. Before Salesforce, Simona G. gained valuable experience as an Engagement Manager at Netlight and held advisory roles in private equity and corporate strategy. Simona G. holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management from the Technical University of Munich.
