Sparsh Agarwal

Sparsh Agarwal is currently the Director of Product Management at Salesforce, where they lead a team focused on reimagining agent building experiences to enhance trust and security. They have a background in product management and software engineering from their time at Microsoft, where they contributed to enterprise data platforms and customer support enhancements. As the founder of Playground Initiative, Sparsh developed software for remote-controlled bots and educated students about software development. In addition to their professional experience, they are actively involved as an Advisory Council member for Harvard Business Review and as an angel investor in various startups. Sparsh is pursuing an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, alongside studies at other prestigious institutions.
