Steph Shapiro is the Innovation Consulting Director at Salesforce, where they currently work with the Ignite innovation consulting team. With a background in multidisciplinary and data-driven design, Steph has previously held positions at Uptake as a designer in product strategy and a senior information designer. They also contributed as an undergraduate researcher at Delta Lab and completed a UX design internship at Xamarin. Steph earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Design with honors from Northwestern University.
