Swaroop Kaja is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and managing teams across various industries. Currently serving as Country Director of Sales at Salesforce since June 2017, Swaroop oversees a team of 43 Account Executives and 4 Front Line Managers, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. Previous roles include Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager for Emerging & SMB Markets at Salesforce, where Swaroop successfully led the revenue growth for the SMB segment across South India and Sri Lanka. Prior experience at Akamai Technologies involved account management and customer success for e-commerce clients, while at PPC Pundit, Swaroop significantly increased annual revenues and profitability.
