Tammy Lam

Tammy Lam is an experienced professional in the field of product education and training with a robust career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as Director of Trailhead Delivery at Salesforce since June 2006, Tammy manages the APAC Salesforce University team, driving consistent year-on-year growth and overseeing strategies to enhance sales and customer experiences. Previously, Tammy held roles at Salesforce as Senior Manager and Master Instructor, where responsibilities included delivering training classes and mentoring new instructors. Prior to Salesforce, Tammy worked at Forty Two International as Professional Services Manager, managing consultant teams and customer training, and at Premiere Global Services in various capacities, including Trainer and Regional Support Co-Ordinator, providing onsite training and supporting customer service operations. Tammy's diverse expertise encompasses training, mentoring, and project management across multiple regions and sectors.
